1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 55wbm ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). KYC requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and may include additional verification steps at the platform's discretion. This is a one-time process completed during or shortly after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 55wbm will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 55wbm support team immediately. All account actions confirmed by valid login credentials and OTP verification will be treated as actions made by the account holder unless otherwise demonstrated.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 55wbm — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), bank transfer, and Philippine online banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods at 55wbm.

• All deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposit amounts must meet the minimum threshold displayed for your chosen payment method in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit. The name on the receiving account must match your verified 55wbm account name exactly.
• 55wbm does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your bank or e-wallet for details.
• 55wbm reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal if fraud, security concerns, or irregular account activity is identified.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting markets available through 55wbm — including live casino, sports betting, and slots — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

• Bets confirmed and placed before a round closes are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In live casino games, all outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer — card draws, wheel spins, and dice rolls. No software-generated outcome substitutes for the dealer's physical action.
• In sports betting, bets are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, 55wbm's decision on result settlement is final.
• Participation in any form of match fixing, collusion, or exploitation of software errors or platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55wbm platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account under the same identity or using another person's verified identity to access the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with platform operations.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit using payment accounts belonging to a third party.
• Attempting to exploit promotional or bonus offers through systematic account creation, coordinated betting patterns, or other abusive means.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 55wbm platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 55wbm's liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 55wbm platform shall first be addressed through the platform's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any unresolved disputes.

12 Amendments to These Terms
